This 'software' has it's own source file. Which is not really compatible with module environment.

So, to load progressive cactus, do the following; 

 module load progressiveCactus
 source /cm/shared/apps/progressiveCactus/progressiveCactus/environment
 runProgressiveCactus.sh -h
